William has most recently earned his MFA in art and art history from the College of William & Mary. During his time in undergrad, William pursued the arts with a relentless passion that he carries with him to this day. He, along with his fellow peers, created an organization on campus dedicated to the advocacy, promotion, and all around celebration of artwork created by people of color. Through teaching a series of workshops, networking, and countless hours of prep work, he and his friends successfully created an exhibition called Collective Impact: recognizing artists of color by hand that breathed life onto campus, making the entire student body aware of the talented individuals that inhabited it. Now that he is out of college, William hopes to continue recognizing artistic achievement whenever possible. He now finds himself exploring his passion for illustration, hoping create ever impactful stories that resonate and capture an audience.
